ORDERING
Please purchase accordingly as my production moves quickly and I don't offer cancelations or refunds. Orders begin production quickly after ordering and move through my various stages of production until your order is shipped. Please understand cancelations will not be given and It's important to read and understand our production and shipping timeframes.
Please carefully review any customization to ensure proper spelling, colors etc. I rely on the notes you provide to make your order so please ensure they are correct :)
Please leave all customizations and personalization in the PERSONALIZATION AREA :)

All Sizing is listed in each individual listing and I do not accept returns or refunds on items that did not fit as expected.

Please wash COLD inside out on gentle and tumble dry on low :)
Tutus:
Please hand wash only!! To de-wrinkle, place in bathroom and run hot shower so steam releases the wrinkles! Do not place directly in the shower!
Leggings/Shorts
Hand wash inside out.

SHIPPPING
I ship worldwide via USPS & Canada Post.
Once I drop your order off at the post office, it becomes their responsibility and I can not control what happens to it or how long they take to deliver it!
Shipping times are ESTIMATES given by the post office and NOT GUARANTEED!
Shipping to USA takes an estimated 3-5 business days
Shipping to Canada takes an estimated 5-7 business days
Shipping to other areas can take 2-8 weeks depending on area.
Rush Shipping is available at checkout to USA and Canada, please upgrade at checkout. Please note this upgrade does not rush your order through my production. It only upgrades your shipping.
Shipping can take longer due to weather or around holidays! Please order accordingly.
TRACKED SHIPPING
All orders shipped to the US and Overseas have tracking via USPS.
Canadian Orders - Canadian orders ship via Canada Post and come with tracking
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
At Little & Gorgeous we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns on non custom items are accepted within 5 days of delivery for store credit and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer, unless your item arrives damaged. Items must not be used, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please use a secure shipping method with tracking to return your item, and we will process your return once we receive it. There are no refunds or exchanges on used or washed items. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved before you send the items back. We unfortunately do not accept exchanges. If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to make it right!Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors.
NEED BY DATES
If you need an item sooner than my production/shipping time listed on an item, please message me to see IF it is possible for your order to be rushed! I only have so many rush order spots per week in fairness to my customers who wait patiently for their turn in my production queue. Rush shipping is available at checkout.
